Terms of Service
26th of August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between AGP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming ("AGP," "we," "us," or "our"), and the person or entity that creates an account with us ("you," "User," or "Account Holder"). They govern your access to and use of tg.page, including the dashboard at app.tg.page, the sites we generate and host on your behalf, and all related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box presented at registration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who these Terms bind. These Terms govern the relationship between AGP and the Account Holder only. They do not create a contractual relationship between AGP and (a) anonymous visitors who read a site generated through the Service, or (b) the owner or subscribers of a Telegram channel who have not themselves created an account. Section 12 explains how each of those groups is treated.
1. What the Service Is
tg.page is not a Telegram directory, search tool, or aggregator. It lets the verified administrator of a specific Telegram channel import and publish that channel's own content as an independent website — either at a tg.page-operated address or, on paid plans, at a domain you supply — using compute and network capacity from our infrastructure partners.
We do not import, generate a preview of, or publish any channel's content until the person requesting it has verified control of that specific channel and separately authorized the import, as described in Section 3. The Service does not operate a directory or catalog of Telegram channels, and does not retrieve or process a channel's content on a speculative or bulk basis.
AGP does not create, write, select, edit, curate, fact-check, or endorse the content that appears on any site generated through the Service. The content originates entirely from the Telegram channel you connect. AGP's role is limited to retrieval, formatting, hosting, and the AI-assisted features described in Section 8.1. You are solely responsible for the content of any channel you connect, as set out in Section 4.
Once a channel is verified and its import authorized, its existing posts are brought onto your site through a one-time historical import of that already-public content, read from Telegram's own public web preview of the channel. From that point on, new posts are kept in sync through our bot's ongoing integration with your channel. Beyond that integration, the Service does not use privileged or non-public access to your Telegram account, and it does not act as a general-purpose Telegram client.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features of the Service at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone who does not, we may suspend or terminate it.
2.2 Account creation. You may create an account via Telegram login or via a one-time email link. There is no password. A Telegram-based account and an email-based account are treated as entirely separate accounts, even if operated by the same person; the Service does not merge or link them. You are responsible for keeping the access method to your account secure (your Telegram account, or your email inbox).
2.3 Accuracy. You must provide accurate information where the Service asks for it (for example, an email address used for login) and keep it current.
2.4 One account, your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you personally performed it.
3. Connecting and Verifying a Channel
3.1 Verification comes first. We do not import, generate a preview of, or publish content from a Telegram channel until you have verified control of that specific channel. Verification works by adding a bot we designate as an administrator of the channel, following the in-product flow; this is the sole mechanism by which we verify your connection to a channel, and it applies on the free plan just as it does on paid plans — there is no preview without it.
3.2 What you represent by doing this. By adding our bot as an administrator of a channel, authorizing the import of its content, and publishing that channel through the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the channel, or you are authorized by the channel's owner and, where applicable, by the rights holders in its content, to publish that content publicly through a third-party service;
- you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to publish the channel's messages, images, video, polls, and other content through the Service, including any consents required from identifiable individuals who appear in or are named in that content;
- publishing the channel through the Service does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights, and does not violate any law.
These representations are the legal basis on which we rely. Adding a bot as administrator is a technical signal of control, not proof of legal ownership, and you agree that AGP is entitled to rely on it, together with the import authorization described in Section 3.3, as sufficient authorization from you personally, without independently investigating your rights to the underlying content.
3.3 Import is a separate, explicit step. Verifying control of a channel and authorizing us to import its content are two different actions in the product. Once verification succeeds, you separately confirm that you want that specific channel's content imported before any import happens. This authorization applies only to the channel you verified — it does not extend to any other channel, including other channels you may separately own or verify.
3.4 How content reaches your site. Once verified and authorized, a channel's existing posts are brought onto your site through a one-time historical import of that already-public content, read from Telegram's own public web preview of the channel (the same page publicly reachable at t.me/s/<channel>). From that point on, new posts reach your site through our bot's ongoing integration with your channel, rather than through that public preview. The Service does not operate a directory, search tool, or catalog of Telegram channels, and does not retrieve or process any channel's content before verification and authorization under Sections 3.1 and 3.3 are complete.
3.5 One channel, one project. A given Telegram channel may be verified against only one account at a time, on a first-to-verify basis. If you believe a channel you control has been verified by someone without authorization, contact us at support@tg.page.
3.6 Loss of control. If our bot is removed from a channel, we will notify the account holder and further sync of that channel's content stops immediately. We may require you to complete verification again before sync resumes, and continued publication of the channel's existing content may not be possible; we may unpublish the associated site.
3.7 Deleted content. If a message is deleted on Telegram, it is removed from the generated site on our next sync. We do not guarantee the timing of that sync.
4. Your Responsibility for Content
This is the central allocation of responsibility under these Terms, and you should read it carefully.
4.1 You are solely responsible for all content published through your account — the channel content itself, any text or settings you enter (including SEO fields), and anything a visitor encounters on a site generated from your channel. AGP is a hosting and publishing tool, not a publisher, author, or editor of that content, and assumes no responsibility for it.
4.2 Acceptable Use. You will not connect, publish, or use the Service to distribute content that:
(a) is unlawful in the jurisdictions where you operate or where the content is directed;
(b) infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of a third party;
(c) is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or constitutes unlawful hate speech or incitement to violence;
(d) depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors, in any form — this is an absolute prohibition, with no exceptions and no discretion;
(e) violates any person's privacy or publicity rights, including publishing another individual's personal or private information without a lawful basis to do so ("doxxing");
(f) impersonates any person or entity, or channel content you do not have authorization to publish under Section 3.2;
(g) distributes malware, facilitates fraud, phishing, or other deceptive commercial practices;
(h) promotes or facilitates the sale of illegal goods or services; or
(i) is designed to circumvent the technical, rate, or usage limits of the Service, Telegram, or any third-party service we rely on.
4.3 No obligation to monitor; right to act. We have no obligation to proactively monitor, screen, or review content before or after publication. We may, however, review content at any time, at our sole discretion or in response to a complaint, and we may take any of the actions described in Section 5.
4.4 Reporting content. Anyone — including someone who is not an Account Holder, such as a channel's own subscribers or the subject of published content — may report content they believe violates Section 4.2 or infringes their rights, by writing to legal@tg.page with (i) the URL or slug of the site, (ii) a description of the material and why it violates these Terms or infringes a right, and (iii) contact information. This is our dedicated address for content complaints, separate from general support. We review reports as soon as possible upon receipt, but do not commit to a fixed response time in these Terms.
5. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination
5.1 Our discretion. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that content or an account violates Section 4, these Terms, or applicable law, or that action is otherwise warranted to protect AGP, the Service, or third parties, we may take any of the following actions, individually or together, with or without prior notice to you:
- remove, hide, or unpublish a specific post or page;
- remove a site from search-engine indexing;
- revoke a channel's verification;
- unpublish an entire site;
- suspend an account, blocking access and login;
- delete an account and every site, project, and domain connection associated with it.
5.2 No obligation to restore. Where we act under 5.1, we are not obligated to reverse the action, restore removed content, or explain our reasoning, though we may do so at our discretion.
5.3 Termination by you. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy describes what happens to your data when you do.
5.4 Effect of termination. On suspension or deletion, your access to the Service ends, published sites stop resolving, and any domain you connected will stop being served by our infrastructure. If you connected your own domain, the domain itself remains yours — we do not take control of your domain's registration or DNS zone, and removing our service does not affect your ownership of it (see Section 8 of the Privacy Policy).
5.5 Survival. Sections 4, 6.5–6.8 (payment finality, refunds, and chargebacks), 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of your account, along with any other provision that by its nature should survive.
6. Plans, Fees, and Payment
6.1 Plans. The Service is offered on a free plan and one or more paid plans, described at checkout. Plan features, limits, and prices may change; where a change affects a paid plan you are actively subscribed to, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect on your next billing cycle.
6.2 Free plan. The free plan lets you verify a channel and see the site that would be generated from it before you pay for anything. Verification and a channel-specific import authorization (Sections 3.1 and 3.3) are required before any preview is generated — the free plan does not let you preview a channel you have not verified. A preview generated before you activate paid publication is not indexed by search engines and is not intended for public discovery. The free plan is time- and feature-limited as described at signup, is tied to your account (not to any individual project — you cannot reset it by creating a new project), and unused projects on the free plan may be frozen and later deleted as described in our data retention practices.
6.3 Payment processing. Paid plans are billed through Polar.sh, acting as our payment processor and merchant of record. When you subscribe, you are entering into a payment transaction with Polar under Polar's own terms, in addition to these Terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for what billing-related data we do receive from Polar.
6.4 Subscriptions and auto-renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for successive periods matching your billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You authorize Polar to charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the dashboard or through Polar's customer portal; cancellation stops future charges but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.
6.5 No refunds.
All payments are final. Except as expressly required by Section 6.6 below, we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any reason — including a mid-cycle cancellation, a downgrade, dissatisfaction with the generated site, a change of mind, non-use, or the suspension or termination of your account for a violation of Section 4.
This policy exists because the free plan already lets you see the actual site that would be generated from your channel before you ever pay — and only after you have verified control of the channel and authorized its import, as described in Section 3. A purchase is therefore made with full knowledge of the specific output you are buying, from a channel you have already proven you control. On payment, we allocate hosting, verification, and processing capacity to bring your channel to a fully published, custom-hosted site — performance that begins immediately and that we cannot "undo" or resell once started.
6.6 EU/UK right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, Section 6.5 does not apply to your first payment on a plan: you may withdraw and receive a full refund of that payment within 14 days of the date of purchase, no reason required, by writing to support@tg.page. This right is in addition to, not instead of, any other non-waivable statutory right you have under the law of your country of residence. It applies once, to the initial purchase of a plan; renewal charges after the initial 14-day window are governed by Section 6.5.
6.7 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank for a charge you authorized, instead of contacting us, may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. Nothing in this Section limits any right you separately have under applicable law to dispute an unauthorized charge.
6.8 Taxes. Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable tax depending on your location, as shown at checkout; Polar, as merchant of record, is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar levies on the transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our IP. The Service itself — its software, design, templates, and the tg.page brand — is owned by AGP or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in it beyond the ability to use the Service as intended.
7.2 Your content. As between you and AGP, you (or the underlying rights holders, per your representations in Section 3.2) retain ownership of the channel content published through your account. You grant AGP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, format, publicly display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate the Service — including generating pages, screenshots, SEO metadata, and syndicating page addresses to indexing services as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Infringement notices. If you believe content published through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, send a notice to legal@tg.page identifying the work, the material you believe infringes it, its location (URL/slug), and your contact details, together with a statement of good-faith belief and, if applicable, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We review notices as soon as possible upon receipt, and may remove or disable access to the material and, where we determine it appropriate, unpublish the site or take action against the account under Section 5.
8. Third-Party Infrastructure and Services
8.1 Partner capacity. The Service is built on infrastructure and services operated by third parties, including hosting and compute providers, a certificate authority for custom domains, and, where you enable them, an AI provider for SEO suggestions, an email provider for login links, and search-indexing protocols. A current summary is in our Privacy Policy. We do not control these third parties' infrastructure and are not responsible for their outages, errors, security incidents, or changes in their terms, though we will use commercially reasonable efforts to work around material disruptions.
8.2 Telegram. The Service depends on Telegram remaining accessible — on its public channel previews remaining available in their current form, and on continued access to Telegram's Bot API for verification and ongoing content sync. We have no control over Telegram and no ability to guarantee continued access to it. If Telegram materially changes or restricts access, the Service — in whole or for affected channels — may stop working, and no refund is owed as a result (subject to Section 6.6).
8.3 Custom domains. If you connect your own domain on a paid plan, you create the required DNS records with your own domain registrar; you retain full ownership and control of your domain, its DNS zone, and any email service tied to it — we never take delegation of it. TLS certificates for your domain are issued by Let's Encrypt and terminate on infrastructure we control; as with any certificate authority, your domain name becomes visible in public Certificate Transparency logs as a result. You are responsible for keeping your domain's registration active; if it lapses, your custom-domain site will stop resolving and, again, no refund is owed as a result (subject to Section 6.6).
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that: the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; content will sync from Telegram accurately or immediately; any AI-assisted suggestion will be accurate or fit for your purposes; search engines will index, rank, or continue to index any site; or backups of your data exist (we do not currently maintain point-in-time database backups).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
10.1 AGP, its officers, members, employees, and infrastructure partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 AGP's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US $100).
10.3 These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which liability is based (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.
10.4 Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law, including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGP and its officers, members, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you connect or publish through the Service; (b) your breach of the representations in Section 3.2 or the Acceptable Use rules in Section 4.2; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms. We will provide you notice of any such claim we become aware of.
12. Third Parties Who Are Not Account Holders
These Terms are between AGP and the Account Holder. Two other groups interact with the output of the Service without being party to it:
12.1 Site visitors. A person who views a site generated through the Service — whether at a tg.page address or at your own custom domain — has no account and no contract with AGP. As between AGP and you, you are responsible for your relationship with your site's visitors, including complying with any law that applies to you as the operator of that site's content and, where applicable, entering into any data processing arrangement required between you and AGP for analytics collected on your behalf. Our Privacy Policy describes what limited, non-identifying data we collect about visitors on our own account.
12.2 The channel and its audience. The Telegram channel owner (if different from the Account Holder) and the channel's Telegram subscribers have not created an account and have not agreed to these Terms merely because their public channel content has been published through the Service by an Account Holder. Section 3.2 places the burden of obtaining any necessary rights or consents from them on the Account Holder, not on AGP.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be displaced by choice of law.
13.2 Venue. Subject to Section 13.1, any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13.3 Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@tg.page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-dashboard notice) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using the Service and delete your account.
15. General
15.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and AGP regarding the Service, and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
15.2 Severability. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect its original intent.
15.3 No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
15.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15.5 Language. These Terms are drafted and published in English, and the English version is the authoritative one. We may make translations available for convenience; if a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version governs — except where the mandatory law of your country of residence requires otherwise, in which case that law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
15.6 Contact. Questions about these Terms: support@tg.page.
